史坎博展覽會 Scarborough Fair
Scarborough在英格蘭的西北部North Yorkshire登陸後逐漸成為一個重要的港口。中世紀時期，來自全英格蘭甚至還有歐洲的商人經常聚集的一個海邊重鎮，非常繁華。Scarborough Fair在歷史上是一個從八月十五日開始延續45天的交易市集。在那個年代持續如此之長的市集是很少見的。後來這個市集逐漸冷清衰落，現在 Scarborough只是一個默默無聞的小鎮了。
Scarborough Fair這首歌曲原自一首古老(大約作於十三世紀)的蘇格蘭民間謎歌,民間流傳廣泛，但是不知道作者是誰的歌曲，而且由於人們的相互傳唱，這樣的謎歌由漂流各地的游唱詩人(bard或shaper)輾轉傳唱。
