非當季水果反而成了有毒水果
很多反季水果都是用一些化學物質催熟、保鮮的,在這個過程中,一些非當季水果反而成了「問題水果」。
草莓:中間有空心、形狀不規則又碩大的草莓,一般是激素過量所致。草莓用了催熟劑或其他激素類藥後生長期變短,顏色也新鮮了,但果味卻變淡了。
香蕉:為了讓香蕉表皮變得嫩黃好看,有的不法商販用二氧化硫來催熟,二氧化硫對人體是有害的。
西瓜:超標准地使用催熟劑、膨大劑及劇毒農藥,從而使西瓜帶毒。這種西瓜皮上的條紋不均勻,切開瓜瓤特別鮮,可瓜子卻是白色的。
葡萄:一些不法商販和果農使用催熟劑—乙烯利。使用者把乙烯利用水按比例稀釋,將沒有成熟的青葡萄放入稀釋液中浸濕,過一兩天青葡萄就變成紫葡萄。
